Ecoboost Swap Wiring Harness and Fuse Box Kit by JEM-Sport.
This patch wiring harness is desined to work with your 2019-2024 2.3L Ecoboost Ranger PCM/ECU, Engine, and Engine Wiring Harness. This also covers the 2020+ 2.3L Explorer, along with many other models using this 2nd Generation 2.3L Ecoboost.
The 10R80 that comes in these models can be controlled entirely with your ECU, you DO NOT NEED any additional controller/module. And obviously any manual transmission of your choosing will work too. Transfer case control will likely not work at this time.
This kit includes a patch wiring harness and fuse box neccessary for a Gen2 Ford 2.3L Ecoboost engine swap into any chassis. If you purchase a used lift-out Ecoboost engine, chances are you can also aquire the engine harness and ECU. In this case, all you will need is this wiring harness kit to complete your swap!
This will likely work with many other 4cylinder Ecoboost ECUs in many other Ford and Lincoln Models from 2019+, we simply haven't tested them ourselves.
Our patch wiring harness will take care of everything chassis-mounted. The Ecoboost ECU has two main connectors. One primarily for the engine harness, and one primarily for power distrubution and chassis connections. This product listing is for the chassis-side harness.
This patch harness will allow connections for these key functions:
- Power distribution
- Fuse box
- OBD2 port
- Accelerator pedal
- Ignition switch
- Auto Trans
- Paddle Shift inputs
- Everything is terminated to the 2nd Main ECU connector.
- All new wire, pins, and connectors.
