This kit includes a patch wiring harness and fuse box neccessary for a Ford 3.5L Ecoboost "Gen 1" (Just Direct Injection) engine swap into any chassis. We offer a seperate part number for the "Gen 2" 3.5L Ecoboost (Direct and Port Injection) HERE.
This patch wiring harness is designed to work with the engine wiring and modules found in the "Gen 1" 3.5L Ecoboost models. This includes 2011-2016 3.5L Ecoboost F150, Expedition, SHO, Lincoln MKT, and many more.
Our patch wiring harness will take care of everything chassis-mounted. The Ecoboost ECU has two main connectors. One primarily for the engine harness, and one primarily for power distrubution and chassis connections. This product listing is for the chassis-side harness.
This patch harness will allow connections for these key functions:
- Power distribution
- Fuse box
- OBD2 port
- Accelerator pedal
- Ignition switch
- All new wire, pins, and connectors.
