2nd Gen 3.5L Ecoboost Swap Wiring Patch/Chassis Harness and Fuse Box Kit by JEM-Sport.

This is a pre-order listing.  We aim to produce these soon, but will be taking pre-orders first.

UPDATE: We are about done with testing and these will be in stock very soon.

This kit includes a patch wiring harness and fuse box neccessary for a Ford 3.5L Ecoboost "Gen 2" (Direct and Port Injection) engine swap into any chassis.  We offer a seperate part number for the "Gen 1" 3.5L Ecoboost (Just Direct Injection) HERE.

This also supports the use of the 10R80 10 Speed Automatic tranmission commonly found behind these engines.  If you purchase a used lift-out Ecoboost engine, chances are you can also aquire the engine harness, TCU/TCM, and ECU/ECM.  In this case, all you will need is this wiring harness kit to complete your swap!  Please choose the correct option above.

This patch wiring harness is designed to work with the engine wiring and modules found in the "Gen 2" 3.5L Ecoboost models.   This includes 2017-2019 F150, Expedition, and many more.

It is important to note that this patch harness is based around the ECU with 2 connectors.  After about 2020, Ford switched to an ECU with 3 connectors.  We will have a different part number for these 3-connector ECUs in the future, but you could still run just about any v6 Ecoboost with the 2-connector ECU and tuning changes.

This will likely work with many V6 Ecoboost Engines in many other Ford and Lincoln Models from 2015-2023, we simply haven't tested them yet.

Our patch wiring harness will take care of everything chassis-mounted.  The Ecoboost ECU has two main connectors.  One primarily for the engine harness, and one primarily for power distrubution and chassis connections.  This product listing is for the chassis-side harness.

This patch harness will allow connections for these key functions:

  • Power distribution
  • Fuse box
  • OBD2 port
  • Accelerator pedal
  • Clutch and/or brake switch
  • Ignition switch
  • Start switch
  • Automatic Transmission
  • All new wire, pins, and connectors.
