1st Gen 3.5L Ecoboost ECU PATS Delete Service.
This is a service for removing PATS from your Ford PCM/ECU/ECM. This is meant for the 1st Generation 3.5L Ecoboost that only has Direct Injection. 2011-2016 3.5L Ecoboost F150, 2015-2017 Expedition, Taurus SHO ECUs and many more.
Simply ship us your 1st Gen 3.5L Ecoboost PCM and we will bench test and remove the PATS security system. Feel free to send us your PCM before purchasing if you'd like.
This will allow you to run your engine without the need for the other OEM components such as the Key, Dash, BCM, ABS, Steering Control, HVAC, and Fuel Control Module.
There are 2 different 1st Gen 3.5L scenarios. We call them Gen1"A" and Gen1"B".
Gen1A is the ~2014 and older style that is much more complicated to work with if you plan to use an Auto. But this is what the discontinued Ford Performance pack was based around. We can replicate it, but it's not advised to base any new project around this. These use a number of additional sensors(some discontinued), making swaps more difficult and forcing you to use OEM intake and charge tubing.
Gen1B is the newer style. 2015-2016 F150 3.5L, and 2015-2017 Expedition 3.5L. This is what our 1st Gen 3.5L patch harness is based around. And our ECU/PATS programming by default. As long as you have an engine harness from these models, it will include the connections for the 6R80 and work. These are much easier to work with due to the use of more modern sensors(and less of them) that are still available.
In almost every case, we can turn these around within a few days.
